Issue 1 - "Provider Cannot Be Found"
This software uses a Micorosft Access 2007 database. If you start the Design Toolbox software without having the correct version of Office installed, you will get the following error message : "Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed".

This means that users must have Micorosft Office 2007 or later installed on your computer for this software to work. If you don't have Micorosft Office 2007 or later installed, you must first install the Access 2007 database driver. Click here to downlooad and install the driver installation program (27Mb).

Issue 2 - "Need Permission to View and Write its Data"
When installing the program, if you change the default installation path under Windows 7, you may get the following error message :

If this happens, do the following :

1. Find the program link in your start menu, then right click on the program link and then click "Properties"
   
   
2. Click the "Compatability Tab", then put a Tick in the box next to "Run this program as an Administrator".
   
   
3. Click on the 'Apply" button.

If the program will still not work correctly, use Option 2.

If all Else Fails

For a more advanced installation, download the zip file and unzip them into any directory that you want. Start the program by double clicking on the "Toolbox.exe" program.
